Paintings : Free delivery in Canada.
Ceramics : Free local delivery (Haut-Saint-Laurent)
Elsewhere in Canada, delivery costs between $3 and $20, depending on the location and the product. .
We do not ship internationally.

Standard delivery: Allow 6 to 8 business days (Canada)
Pre-order of ceramics : delivery one month after full payment.
Return and cancellation
CANCELATION:
Cancellation may be possible up to 2 hours after purchase. Contact us
email info@annecardinartiste.com to request cancellation of your order.
BACK:
Have your order number ready.
We accept returns if they are requested less than 7 days after delivery.

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, at the customer's expense. Any loss in value is the customer's responsibility.
A 3% administration fee will be charged.
Very remote regions
in Quebec
Tables : If the actual shipping cost exceeds Canada Post's regular rate, you will be billed the difference by email when it reaches $10 or more. If the amount due is not paid within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Collection
in store
You can come to the store in person by appointment and pick up your order. This way, you will save on delivery fees, if applicable.
