Delivery and return

Free delivery in certain regions of Quebec (Valleyfield-Vaudreuil, South Shore (Dundee to St-Bruno), grand Montreal.)
 

Prices vary for the rest of Canada. 

For USA and Europe, weight or distance may cause charges to vary from item to item.  You must then communicate with info@annecardinartiste.com  before paying.
 

Standard delivery: Allow 8 to 10 business days (Canada)

​Customs and import taxes
Outside Canada. Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation may be considered up to 2 hours after purchase.

RETURN:
​ Have your order number handy.
Returns are accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery. Write to   info@annecardinartiste.com.  
Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery for you to have a refund.  Items must be returned in their original condition, at customer's expense.  Any loss of value is the responsibility of the customer.

You will be charged a 3% administration fee.

If the actual price of the delivery exceeds the regular price of Canada Post, the difference will be billed to you by email, when it reaches $10 or more.  If the required amount is not paid within 2 business days, your order will be cancelled.

IIt is possible to come to the store in person and pick up your order.  This way, you will save the delivery costs if applicable.  Contact   info@annecardinartiste.com
