2024 is the year of the camelids (camel, llama, dromedary, etc.) here is a nod to them painted in acrylic on a gallery-framed canvas, 20" x 20".

In the moonlight, Rose the beautiful camel returns home to the sand dunes after her day's work. The atmosphere seems peaceful, with the moonlight backlighting her, softening the heat of the day in the desert.
